There are a lot of hosting providers out there that can manage your hosting, so it’s good to be picky. Here are the ones that I personally like:

  1. T35.com – offers unlimited disk space, bandwidth, databases, email accounts, domain names and ftp accounts, while offering 99.9% uptime and premium support. As a previous user of T35.com, I highly recommend their services.
  2. Dream Hosting – a UK centric company that offers set disk space, and unlimited bandwidth, databases, and email accounts, with very cheap hosting costs (starting at just £20 a year). Looks impressive and well put together.
  3. Green Geeks – green web hosting that also offers unlimited disk space, bandwidth, databases, email accounts, and a domain name for life, among various other options. Have mild experience with them and they have been good so far.

However, just as important is the ability to keep away from those providers that aren’t as good. I would suggest to stay away from the following, for varying reasons:

  • 1&1.com
  • 123-reg.co.uk
  • Fasthosts.co.uk
  • GoDaddy.com
  • Hostgator
